Gawler to Templers

Stayed at a little retreat on the gawler river called riverdell on the second night. Had some very interesting conversation with a wise old women called paula who finds her guidance through theosophy(studying different interpretations of the bible). The next morning we had the good fortune to meet a strong woman called rose turner and after a cup of tea we were invited over to her place for dinner. So after another day of walking we met rose’s big family from all around and got a bit of an idea about what’s happening with south oz indig affairs. Still issues but sounds like the south oz mob have got some good stuff happening too.
Tuesday we made it to Templars and stayed on on a property run by gary and sheryl. They’re cropping and have been working the land here for many years. Had plenty of funny stories to tell and were very kind to us. Their young daughter tara will walk with us in solidarity today too. Everyone is going well and we’re dropping off and picking up new people regularly. Sue’s knees have been sore(she didnt do enough training!) but we’re getting there and she reckons the muscles are getting stronger! Plenty of lively conversation and we’re learning heaps from the people we’re meeting along the way. Weather is great at the moment. Next update soon!

    hi tidda

i’m sending much love and energy to support your walk - and to help your knees get stronger as you flow with the energies of Mother Earth.

When i did the Sacred Long Dance with PaahPooh [a Hopi/Tewa/Filipina Native American] and Greywolf [an Inupiat elder from Alaska] they told us to let the energy of Mother Earth support us and to let it be a cycling flow from us to her and back again …. the waves of energy are with you and all around you

your journey sounds like it is a beautiful unfolding story ……… i can’t wait to hear it and to give you a big hug for your strength and courage

    many blessings and much love
    Lynn from Queensland
