		<description>hi tidda

i'm sending much love and energy to support your walk - and to help your knees get stronger as you flow with the energies of Mother Earth.

When i did the Sacred Long Dance with PaahPooh [a Hopi/Tewa/Filipina Native American] and Greywolf [an Inupiat elder from Alaska] they told us to let the energy of Mother Earth support us and to let it be a cycling flow from us to her and back again .... the waves of energy are with you and all around you

your journey sounds like it is a beautiful unfolding story ......... i can't wait to hear it and to give you a big hug for your strength and courage

many blessings and much love
